“Fu ku ko bu liau” is a Hakka/Kejia phrase. It is equal to “ke khiang” in Teochew/Cháozhōu, or “sok tahu” in Indonesian (and possibly Malay). Finally, it is very possible to have the same meaning as “smart pants” in English. Basically, this site contains blogs which, with a high probability (whp), will come back to haunt me.
